Job satisfaction of university teachers is teachers' evaluation of all aspects of their own job. subjective feelings and attitudes, is the expression of teacher's individual subjective feeling, is one of the important criteria to measure teachers' working state.Job satisfaction in university teachers will directly affect the teachers' enthusiasm for work and devotion of time and energy work quality and efficiency. The low satisfaction will inevitably produce negative sabotage phenomenon, is not conducive to the development of teaching and research activities. Existing in different areas for different groups of teachers' job satisfaction research provides the management of colleges and universities related reform targeted countermeasures and Suggestions, if there is a nationwide survey findings and recommendations will be has more universal value.In this research, we select the young teachers in universities as the research object,data from the national university teachers survey conducted in 2014.The overall train of thought: In the understanding of young teachers work characteristics, empirical analysis of the current situation of young teachers' job satisfaction, influence factors and the differences between groups. On the basis of the analysis of the relationship between these theories and young teachers satisfaction research, first defines the concept of youth teachers' age and job satisfaction, from the dual factors theory, the psychological contract theory and equity theory.Through literature analysis put forward four research assumptions: young university teachers' job satisfaction is not high. Young teachers' satisfaction in the multi-dimensional group exist significant difference; Young teachers' job satisfaction and multiple correlation factors; Self-perception and job benefits are important influence factors of young teachers' job satisfaction.And then through the empirical analysis, summing up the work of young teachers in universities characteristic from five aspects; describes the current situation of the young teachers' job satisfaction;analysis of the young teachers group at the individual characteristics, work performance,work income, self-perception, evaluation on there is a difference between groups.This paper argues that university teachers pay structure is unreasonable, development opportunities is not enough, teachers' work scope is not clear, individual psychological cognitive biases, unreasonable evaluation system, etc. Finally, the combination of questionnaire survey to know young teachers job condition and satisfaction with the status quo, this article from the young teachers demand, scope of work, teacher's evaluation and self-feelings of four aspects, put forward the reform proposals.
