Track and field sports is the main content of the middle school sports teaching is curriculum of physical education and health of the key, the track and field sports is refers to through certain physical exercises, development of students' physical quality, cultivate students' willpower, courage, self-confidence, so to achieves the student's all-rounds developments, both in lines with the require of quality educations, and is the focus of schools physical education curriy reforms. But track to and fields projects multi physical exercise, emphasis on the traditional teaching skills to teach and normative teaching form is too boring, single teach methods lack of creativity, lead to students on track and field content lose interest in learning, the athletics has become one of the students the most boring sports, not only affect the teaching effects, is not conduct to the cultivatios of students' conscious of life long sports.Traditional sports teaching method is mainly to "learn" and "exercise", its function is: strengthen the action memory, increase exercise load, exercise to ensure that safety, teachers always to jump out to instill the skill teaching of framed. So there is a teacher to explains the demonstrations, the student imitate practice, group exercises, teachers tour guide, consolidates review and other models. Restricting of teachers, students cannot deviate step, not actively to participate in the teaching process to, teaching process is relatively rigid, the atmosphere was quite boring. Also sports teaching the biggest feature is in the outdoor, lies in the most dynamic operation is non static study, students are easily influenced by the external environment interference, emotions very easily. Restructuring teaching method is a PE teaching reform through the practice teaching of, and in the process of subtle to guide students to study independently, to maximize the utilization have learned knowledge and skills for subsequent learning service. Therefore, this papers using literature dats method, questiones and experiment method to study the appliy of recombinant teaching method in track of and field teach in middles school, by different in the experimental method compared with the traditional teaching method and reorganize the teaching method and draw a conclusion: 1. Recombinant teaching students in the experimental group of 60 meters hurdles running and volunteer long jump skill scores and standard score was significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching method in the control group students. 2.The reorganiz teach method is superior to the tradition teaching method in the cultivation of students' learning interesting. 3.In the middle school track and field teaching method is more conducive to stimulate students' learning initiative and independent inquiry learning ability than the traditional teaching method. 4.Recombinant teaching method than the traditional teaching method is more advantageous to enhance students' self-confidence and cultivate students' sense of teams coopeart.
