At present, the establishment of university’s organizational culture mainly has the following problems: learning management mechanism is defective, does not form the characteristic system culture, focuses on formalism but not culture connotation, does not form the characteristic material culture, lack of profound university management conception, does not form characteristic spiritual culture, etc. The main reasons are the impacts caused by not thoroughly understanding the basic conception of university’s organizational culture, focusing on material but not spirit, seeking quick success and instant benefits, ignoring the personality, forcibly instilling, etc. Through the theoretical and practical research on the cases, it should work hard from the following two aspects to strengthen the establishment of university’s organizational culture: one is to establish impeccable organizational culture mechanism, another one is to design scientific organizational culture path. |
