All of the enterprise management problems are about employee.Employee is the motivation of enterprise development,and employee management is the core of enterprise management.Therefore,it is quite necessary to improve the level of enterprise human resources management,establish a perfect human resource management mechanism,push the innovation of enterprise human resources management,build "people-oriented" management philosophy,increase the importance in attracting,training and making use of talent,and actively retain talent from the perspective of employee.The effort in all these aspects will finally help us get employees' support and trust,stand out in the same industry,and keep undefeated in the market.With the coming of information age,education is facing a great change in its content and forms.The education in China is going through a revolution with the use of information technology.The mode of "Internet + course" is infiltrating into all aspects of education.We can see massive online courses in both academic education and non-academic education.The industry of online education has been enlarging with more than 10 years development,and it is very competitive.With the rapid change in online education and policy adjustments in distance education,H Company,as an education technology company which has established 12 years ago,faltered.For the purpose of attracting,cultivating and retaining talent,H company,learning from these problems,adjusted management strategies timely,located every single problem in human resources management such as recruitment,salary,performance,incentives and training,and then corrected them.It is believed that the reform in human resources management will help the company construct a human resources management mechanism which will be more adaptable to the era of knowledge economy,and will finally win an advantage in talent competition in the same industry.
