The learning of primary school plays a key role in the process of students' growth, and help them develop a good learning habit and ability, which can lay a good foundation for their future development. The new curriculum reform in compulsory school stage puts forward some new requirements:teachers need to foster a new educational philosophy in the development of the information age, its role in the conversion, put the subject status of the students in learning, guide students how to complete the independent, cooperative and inquiry learning. This is conducive to the overall growth and development of students. The flipped classroom is based on the purpose of "take the student as the center", and "learning before teaching, promote teaching by learning" concept. With the help of information technology, it will overcome some shortcomings of traditional teaching, appear more diversified forms of education and teaching, and provide some necessary support for students' all-round development.By analyzing flipped classroom theory and practice research, this study chose three primary school teachers in J city of G province as the research objects. Through the questionnaire and the interview form, the investigation of primary school teachers is experimenting with the basic situation of the flipped classroom teaching. The survey result shows that most of the teachers agreed with the concept of the flipped classroom. Some teachers tried to apply the model, and found the teaching effect was more significant. For example, teachers can grasp the learning situation better, students can learn more active, and the exchanges and interaction of students and teacher was also significantly increased. As it is the initial stage of new things test, as well as the influence of other factors, it also causes some problems correspondingly in the specific process. For example, students' self-study materials are too single, the feedback is not timely and the change of teachers' concept is incomplete.Based on analysis of the existing situation, combined with the interview trying to explore the four factors influencing the flipped classroom application from school, teachers, students, and parents, the author tries to put forward some suggestions on the basis of the actual conditions:firstly, the school needs to develop rules related to the implementation of the system, offer effective training of teachers, improve the hardware equipment, and build an interactive platform by using the existing conditions to do school-based flipping; secondly, teachers should change their teaching concepts and their roles in promoting the comprehensive quality, rely on the team to promote cooperation and exchanges, and use the flipped classroom model flexibly; thirdly, students should establish consciousness of self-learning, develop good study habits, and improve the efficiency of learning; finally, parents should also change evaluation grades properly as the center of this view, create a harmonious learning environment for the children, and keep close contact with school, in order to promote the comprehensive development of students jointly.
