"Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program" that the teaching practice adhere to the people-oriented,so that students take the initiative to learn,to improve their ability to self-learning.Self-learning is a high-level way of learning,reflecting the students' innovative spirit.The improvement of primary school students' autonomous learning ability is of great significance to teachers' teaching and students' development.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,under the guidance of the new curriculum reform ideas,both experts and teachers have made in-depth study on improving the students' autonomous learning ability through classroom reform,but improve the autonomous learning ability in the training The research has been forgotten in the corner,this is the direction of this paper to study.On the basis of absorbing the advanced theory and experience,this thesis studies how the Chinese teachers can improve the students' autonomous learning ability through the training of the job training.The paper takes some students and teachers from grade 3 to 6 in the second experimental primary school of Hanting District,Weifang as the object of study and the characteristics of the Chinese subject,respectively,and then we know the present situation of primary Chinese language training in design.And the existing problems,first of all teachers to deal with the concept of job training obsolete,mainly in the layout of the job training is the main body of the teacher;job training content around the book,"written";job training lack of hierarchy,followed by the form of job training Monotonous,third job training in the form of correction and evaluation of a single.These problems will inevitably make students 'learning inefficient,enthusiasm and passion for learning lack,students do not want to learn,where to talk about self-learning,so in order to improve students' self-learning ability,must be language training design the study.Job training is an important part of Chinese teaching,which includes both the classroom exercises for the completion of the task of language teaching,which is an effective way to check the effectiveness of their lectures,including the various types of experiential Activities,which is the knowledge learned in life practice an important way to test.The reasons are as follows: the school lacks the reasonable evaluation mechanism;the teachers' books focus on the basic knowledge;the teachers lack the enough energy to carry on the reform of the training;the students are too lazy to exercise and explore;the parents pay attention to the training Not enough.According to the existing problems and reasons,it is concluded that to improve the students' autonomous learning ability through practice training,we should adhere to certain principles: int erestingness,diversity,hierarchy and development,and insist on certain standards.Under the guidance of these principles and standards,a specific teaching strategy was formulated,mainly from the increase in job training categories and improve the effe ctiveness of training evaluation of the two major aspects to elaborate,which provides a lot of teaching cases and the results achieved.From the practical point of view,these teaching strategies are targeted and operational,while the focus of these strategies to mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn,focus on learning methods and ability to improve the guidance,but also closely related to students' real life,from teaching Practice and life practice,and gradually improve the students' ability of autonomous learning.
