So in This age group to provide them with a certain quality development training, the experience of teaching in secondary schools will participate in the analysis, discussion, summary from the results in comparison to their own, so as to promote the development of physical and mental.But due to the quality development in middle school's popularity is not high, in the teaching content, site settings, teachers' quality, arrangement of courses is very immature and need to improve and perfect and lot. Therefore the through the literature material method,expert interview method, investigation method of the questionnaire method to the problems existing in current our country middle school physical education and quality development introduction of middle school physical education on the basis of theory and practice analysis.Research shows that to expand the quality of the introduction of the practical problems in middle school sports teaching are the main venues and equipment investment is insufficient,the teaching level of teachers needs to be improved, teaching outline is not clear, teachingcontent arrangement is not reasonable, academic pressure on students, school and home Deviation in the understanding, teaching evaluation of the lack of effectiveness. And aiming at the problems proposed to increase capital investment, to build a training base, stepping up the ranks of teachers professional training, the establishment of scientific teaching content and target, the school earnestly implement the "burden", to carry out a variety of promotional form,improve the teaching evaluation of solution strategies. Through the research, the author think that is feasible to apply the quality development. It is not only the innovation of physical education curriculum in the teaching, can promote students' all-round development. Uses various organization forms in the curriculum implementation, teachers should note modest reforms and make fully before class preparation and safety guidance.
