Class is the basic unit of school education work.Junior high school class management is an important organization of activities to promote the growth of the junior high school students.Class management is good or bad which directly affect the entire school education.Class management is a dynamic process.It is the progress that according to certain objectives,teachers adopt proper measures to lead the students to plan,organize,coordinate and control in base of all kinds of resources to achieve the goal of education.Traditional class management mode is teacher-centered and students' personality is ignored that is difficult to play the educational role the class should be.The junior high school stage is the key stage of a student's life-growth in which students get into good habits and develop their abilities that will benefit them lifelong.Self-class management is student-centered which can cultivate the students' subject consciousness and self management abilities,improve the comprehensive quality of students and the efficiency of management.At present,the most common problems are that the class autonomous management is not perfect and students' self management ability is weak.Class interpersonal relationship needs to be improved and so on.These problems will seriously affect the development of the self-class management and students' autonomy,creativity,personality.This paper takes Dongfeng Middles School of Zhongshan,Canton province as an example.The students and the class teacher in charge of the school have been investigated.On the basis of questionnaire,interview and data research,To understand the current situation of the school class autonomous management,comprehensive use of educational administration.social psychology and statistics related knowledge,analysis the relevant reasons for the school students autonomous management.Finally,it puts forward measures to solve.This paper has five parts:Part 1:The introduction,including the problem,the purpose and significance of this study,the research ideas and methods,as well as the domestic and foreign students independently management,core concepts and theoretical basis.Part 2:presents the questionnaire design,which focuses on the current situation of independent management in junior high schools and the literature review in this field and some key terms are also included.Part 3:studies are administrated on the students and teachers in the Middle School Dongfeng and some problems and their possible reasons are analyzed according to the data.Part4:Summarize the problems and reasons of Dongfeng Middle School Class Autonomous management.Part5:Combining with the actual situation of the school and The relevant research theories in the field of Educational Administration Put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve problems related to:Fully mobilize the students to participate in the initiative of the class management;to strengthen the construction of Class Autonomous management system;improve the quality of teacher,change the teacher in charge of class management concept;establish scientific class autonomous management evaluation system.
