In 2003, the history curriculum was reformed in our country. The innovation of the reform affirmed students' subject status, broke the previous rigid type teaching. It is emphasized that the implementation of teaching should help students to improve their learning styles and help teachers to renew their teaching methods and teaching ideas. The history curriculum reform make the importance of the history view in history teaching more prominent. In terms of Global Historical View discussed in this paper, strengthening the application of Global Historical View in history teaching can more clearly highlight the continuity and systematization of history, and make it more contemporary.Based on this, it is necessary for teachers to understand the historical achievements dynamics, especially the Global Historical View and civilized history viewpoint etc., and be used in practical teaching greatly contributes to improve the reform level of high school history teaching. This effect is beneficial for teachers and students. It is propitious for teachers to improve the professional quality, and better to cultivate the students' historical and cultural attainment, and complete the teaching mission. For students, It is beneficial for students to form a complete historical context in the study of history, to cultivate students' historical logical thinking, and to improve their learning ability. But there are still a lot of problems exist in the actual teaching of the Conception of History, and the cultivation of student's Global Historical View involves more in theory, with less involved in practice. Therefore, it is necessary to research this problem with systematic investigation and elaboration. Global Historical View is common in history teaching, so it is more representative and better to discover problems with aiming at its investigation and research.This article used the literature method, questionnaire survey method and interview method, etc., to attempt to elaborate how to cultivate students' Global Historical View on the basis of the specific data, and put forward feasible strategies to solve the problems that exists in, combined with the specific course content to detailed describe how to cultivate students' Global Historical View.First of all, this paper reviews the research status and concept of Global Historical View, and expounds the current situation of history learning of senior high school students in Fuzhou city.; Secondly, investigates some college teachers and students in Fuzhou city with using the method of questionnaire survey and interview, to analysis the problems existing in the cultivation of Global Historical View in this region through specific data; Finally, put forward the solution strategy from two aspects of teachers and students through the above research, and illustrates how to preferably develop the students' Global Historical View combined with some chapters refer to Global Historical View in senior high school textbooks, hoping to arouse teachers and students pay more attention to the global view of history, at the same time to provide some experience and measures for the further development of the new curriculum reform.
