Developing agricultural vocational education is an important measure to solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", and the establishment of modern agricultural vocational education system is the most important one.At present, the mainland agricultural vocational education system is not perfect, but Taiwan, after years of practice and exploration, forms a intermediate to advanced agricultural vocational education and agricultural vocational education and general education communicate with each other in the education system, and promote prosperity and development of Taiwan's agriculture and rural economy.This paper studies the modern agricultural vocational education system in Taiwan, and tries to put forward some experiences and lessons from the mainland agricultural vocational education system.This paper is divided into three parts.First, based on Taiwan's agricultural economy analysis and combined with Taiwan's agricultural economic background to explore Taiwan vocational education system structure, including the historical trend of the development of agricultural vocational education in Taiwan, constitute a system, and management system, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research and development of agricultural vocational education system in Taiwan. Second,this paper, from macro level, with Taiwan agricultural vocational education institutions development, the development and changes of the level of Agricultural Vocational Education (secondary and tertiary), the reform of management system of agricultural vocational education, relevant laws and regulations system established; from the micro level, studies on Taiwan's agricultural vocational education training objectives, objects of education and training, professional settings course system, teaching management, training mode, education cooperation, the building of the contingent of teachers, teaching equipment, teaching resource content for the study, summed up the main characteristics and successful experience of the agricultural vocational education system in Taiwan. Third, based on the above analysis, combined with the practical problems in the development of agricultural vocational education system, the development and improvement of agricultural vocational education system in mainland is put forward, includes construction of a complete agricultural vocational education system, enterprise and market playing the role of for Agricultural Vocational Education perfectly, increasing agricultural vocational education investment and subsidies, setting up agricultural elective courses to cultivate local feelings in the beginning of the first high school, adjusting the structure of Agricultural Vocational Education with the needs of human and social development, exploring the development of a comprehensive high school of Agriculture and strengthening the cultivation of new professional farmers.
