Research On The Cooperation Between Off-campuseducation And School Education

When it comes to growth and development,the students in elementary education have plenty of needs,whose demand for educational content also inevitably involves all indispensable aspects related to the growth of people,such as ideology and morality,political ideals,cultural knowledge,skills,personality,athletic constitution and artistic accomplishment.It is difficult to achieve these qualities and abilities depending on certain aspect of education.Therefore,from the perspective of approach of education,the students' growth and development require both school education and off-campus education.Generally speaking,school education is a variety of educational activities specifically educated accepted in all types of schools,which refers to the social education activities outside school education.School education emphasizes general education,training students in accordance with the education curriculum.Off-campus education pays attention to the cultivation of students' personality development,in order to meet the interests of the training objectives.The two play a different role in promoting the development of children,which are irreplaceable.Therefore,in order to solve the problems in the process of human growth and better promote the healthy development of children,school education and off-campus education must stress the integration of resources,curriculum convergence,team building and other aspects of strengthening cooperation,as well as combining effectively,learning from each other and maximizing the value of their education,This research is based on the review of the connotation of off-campus education and its education policies after foundation of new china.It investigates and analyzes the current situation of primary and secondary school students in the M area.It founds that there are many problems in cooperation between school education and off-campus education.For example,the absence of cooperative consciousness and the sense of responsibility make off-campus educational institutions lack of their motivation.Additionally,the lack of support mechanism cannot guarantee cooperation and other practical problems.On the basis of probing into the causes of the above problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to further promote the cooperation between school education and off education from the dimensions of government,schools and educational institutions.
