With the rapid transformation of China's society and the rapid development of urbanization, the floating population has become a special group of our country and has the characteristics of flowing from backward remote areas to economically developed areas.Under such a macroeconomic background, population movement has brought about profound changes in the rural economy and society, but also poses new challenges to the development of rural compulsory education. The level of development of compulsory education is related to the overall level of national comprehensive quality, but also related to the rural disadvantaged groups to improve the cultural quality. As a poor and backward town, the improvement of the quality of compulsory education is closely related to the compensation of,short board" of compulsory education, and it is of great significance to study the impact of population mobility on compulsory education in this area. This paper studies the impact of population movement on compulsory education in the way of literature research, questionnaire survey and interview.First, the use of literature to define the core concept, elaborate the theoretical basis of this study, summed up the population flow, structure, flow of education on the impact,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the study of the survey.Second, the use of literature, questionnaires and interviews, the T town of the status quo of compulsory education from the population movement, education, basic situation, students, teachers, parents summarized five aspects:first T town belongs to the population outflow-based The number of students and the number of schools show a decreasing trend from 2006 to 2015.Then the impact of population flow on students is mainly teaching methods, school layout, educational resources and other aspects of the centralized Trend;again the teacher has a lot of liquidity, the emergence of new teachers "could not retain"phenomenon; In addition,T town students parents a large proportion of migrant workers, the proportion of children left behind as high as 68.3%.Key Words:Small Town,Population Mobility,Compulsory Education,InfluenceBased on the investigation of the status,T town's population presents a large number of outflowing.Reducing the number of students seems to reduce the burden of rural education. However,it derive a lot of problems such as the development of rural economic downturn, poor financial expenditure, reducing students,teachers'outflowing,left-behind children and other issues.According to the existing problems and the theoretical basis of the relationship between population flow and education, the reason of the analysis of the quantity, structure and direction of population flow is that the decrease of the number of students affects the change of education supply, which leads to the shortage of education funds in T town. The contradiction between the compilation of sufficient and structural deficiencies, the implementation of quality education;the backward development of education again intensifies the outflow of population. In this study,to achieve education out of poverty, and fill the "short board" of rural compulsory education,it is necessary to flood irrigation to the precise drip irrigation. As the population outflow of the T town,it can take the following measures:first, increase the supply of compulsory education to rural areas;second, establish district school to ease the students to the "central school" concentration;third,train"all-round" rural teachers to improve the treatment of teachers;forth, rationalize compulsory education schools layout to guarantee close to school;fifth, pay attention to left-behind children's mental health and education;sixth, develop the rural economy to encourage rural population to return home employment and entrepreneurship;finally promote the rationalization of the main body of compulsory education.
