China's education is the core of the people,teachers as the key to the development of education,its education is the pillar of the cause of education,with a basic strategic position,for Liaoning basic education,the quality of primary and secondary school teachers is a solid foundation,The post-vocational training of primary and secondary school teachers is conducive to ensuring the quality of primary and secondary school teachers,thus fundamentally guarantee the development of basic education in Liaoning Province.On the basis of discussing the concept of post-service training policy of primary and secondary school teachers in Liaoning Province,this paper studies the content of post-service training policy of primary and middle school teachers in Liaoning Province,and constructs the specific standard of post-service training policy for primary and secondary school teachers in Liaoning Province,And according to the standard analysis of the existing problems,on the basis of the proposed improvement of the relevant views.The paper mainly includes six parts:Chapter 1: Introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research purpose,the research purpose,the research content,the literature review and the research significance,the research method and the research thought.Chapter 2: Research on the Concept and Theory of Post-service Training Policy for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Liaoning Province.This paper mainly elaborates the basic concepts such as teachers,primary and secondary school teachers,training,post-training,policy,teacher policy,post-service training policy for primary and secondary school teachers,and analyzes the theoretical basis of post-vocational training policy for primary and secondary school teachers,namely education policy theory,Educational Policy Analysis Theory and Educational Policy Content Analysis Theory.Chapter 3: Analysis on the Text and Standard Content of Post-training Policy for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Liaoning Province.This chapter first carries on the textual interpretation to the post-vocational training policy of primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province in recent years,then standardizes the content of the text from the three dimensions of "who implements and who implements" and "how to implement" and "how to implement"Chapter 4: Standard Construction of the Content Analysis of Post-training Policy for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Liaoning Province.This paper first determines the specific criteria of the content analysis of the post-training policy of primary and secondary school teachers in Liaoning Province,and then demonstrates the construction of the content analysis standard of the post-training policy of primary and secondary school teachers in Liaoning Province from the two dimensions of theory and fact.Outside two levels;Chapter 5: An Analysis of the Problems in the Post-training Policy of Primary and Middle School Teachers in Liaoning Province.Based on the established criteria,the paper analyzes the post-service policies of primary and secondary school teachers in Liaoning Province from the three dimensions of post-training policy objectives,post-training policy object and post-training policy measures to explore the existence of "training policy target Science " " training policy object specification is not clear " " training policy measures imperfect " problem.Chapter 6: Suggestions on Perfecting the Contents of Post-training Policy for Primary and Middle School Teachers in Liaoning Province.Based on the identified problems,this paper analyzes the post-service policies of primary and secondary school teachers in Liaoning Province from the three dimensions of post-training policy objectives,post-training policy objects and post-training policy measures,and puts forward the " Primary school teachers post-training policy objectives " " clear the primary and secondary school teachers in Liaoning Province after-service training policy object " " to improve the primary and secondary school teachers in Liaoning Province after-service training policy measures " reconstruction proposals.
