With the competition for jobs and employment becomes higher,establishing a realistic and reasonable career planning becomes more and more important to the biological normal students that will graduate from Guangdong local colleges.But currently lack of correlated research.So this thesis take biological normal students as the object,mainly discussed the career planning level of biological normal students under different variables and its impact.In this study,biological normal students career planning includes career planning consciousness dimension,self-cognition dimension,environmental cognition dimension,objective planning dimension,implementing and corrective dimension.The influence factors are biological normal students different background variables,students different experiences,students different ideas,the school courses and career planning guidance service.According to the clue,this research designed a questionnaire about the status of biological normal students career planning.The questionnaire is processed through correlation analysis,descriptive analysis,difference analysis and regression analysis.This thesis also studied different case and interview different biological normal students to find the problem.The main conclusions are as follows: 1)The overall level of biological normal students career planning remains to be improved.2)Biological normal students of different gender,grade,parents' highest education level,leader experience,social practices,major identification,school type,school courses and career planning guidance service have differences in career planning level,the P value of most of the T or F tests is less than 0.01.3)The major factors that affects the level of career planning are work intention,major identification,social practices,the attitude on school courses and career planning guidance service.According to the result,the main problems are as follows: 1)Most students' career planning remains to be improved.2)Biological normal students' not satisfied with their major.3)Biological normal students lack correlated knowledge and skill and self-confidence.4)Students lack opportunity of social practices.5)The schools lack professional teachers,lack reasonable professional curriculum,lack of various activities,lack consulting services,the knowledge of career planning not widely available,the careers guidance is not profound enough.6)The courses lack pertinence,the experimental lessons lack inquiry process and its assessment single,the field practice is inefficiency,the teaching internship lack of supervising,Students participation is low.To solve the problem,the paper provides relevant recommendations from the biological normal students personal ? universities and society angle: biological normal students should objectively analyze themselves,boost self-confidence,enhance the objective understanding of employment environment,establish a career goal timely,make various self-enhancement,planning for the whole process;universities should establish the guidance system of career planning,improve the curriculum structure,improve the social avails;the government and social departments should make supporting policies to develop career planning and desire a long-term cooperation with universities.
