Chinese as the star of the college entrance examination has been paid great attention in the general teachers and students,How to complete teaching tasks more efficiently becomes the answer that Chinese teachers are searching for.In the 1980s,cooperative learning as a worldwide focus of teaching theory and strategy system,was introduced to our country,and in some schools began to try in the 1990s.In the beginning of the new century,after our country starting the element.ary education curriculum reform,it caused the extensive concern in the domestic.In "the state council on the decision of the elementary education reform and development",which was issued by the state council in 2001,said that "encouraging cooperative learning,and promoting the communication between students and common development,to promote the teachers' teaching and students' learning."In 2001 the ministry of education in the elementary education curriculum reform outline(try out)"also pointed out that " Change the curriculum implementation which has too much emphasis on accepting study by rote,mechanical training,advocating the active participation,exploration and cooperative learning of students." "The ordinary high school Chinese course standard(experiment)"also said that "pay attention to cooperative learning,form the habit of each other to learn.Willing to share their experiences in their reading appreciation and to show their study results with others." In recent years,the way of group cooperative learning is applied more widely in the middle and primary school teaching in China,which can be used in Chinese teaching.Based on Chinese classes in Yanbian No.2 Middle School for group cooperative learning,the paper conducted a field survey,according to the result of the questionnaire,summing up its achievements,at the same time found the problems,through summing up the causes,finally proposed the targeted and effective improvement measures and recommendations.This paper took the condition of Chinese group cooperative learning in Yanbian No.2 Middle School as the research object,took the new curriculum standard of senior high school as theoretical basis,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,observation method,interview method and other research methods,through data collection and analysis,gain the status quo,find out the reasons,put forward some reasonable suggestions,expecting to provide the Chinese teachers some power on the improvement of group cooperative learning in Yanbian No.2 Middle School,at the same time,providing experiences for the schools not only of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture but also of other areas in Chinese group cooperative learning.The core part of the thesis mainly divides into three parts:the first is the status quo of Chinese group cooperative learning in Yanbian No.2 Middle School,including the survey analysis of the teacher questionnaires and student questionnaires,and achievements the school has made in the Chinese group cooperative learning,mainly includes cooperation skills enhancement and be conducive to students all-round development,Chinese improvement and more strong interest in learning,study way changed and teaching organization forms became diverse,teachers located accurately and played its leading role,pay attention to the result feedback and using a variety of evaluation methods;Followed by the cause of the problems existing in the Chinese cooperative group learning of Yanbian No.2 Middle School and the summary,induction and analysis,the problems mainly exist in three aspects--in the aspect of students,the role of division of labor is not fully clear and the need for group cooperation learning is not known fully,in the aspect of teachers,it is lack of effective guidance in the process and related theory knowledge is not complete,in the aspect of the school,it is insufficient system training for teachers and lack of learning effect evaluation standard.In view of the above problem analysis of the causes in the aspect of students,they are failed to correctly understand their own advantages and can't accurately understand teachers' in tentions,in the aspect of teachers,they are insufficient understanding of the importance of the roles and the lack of initiative for related theory study,in the aspect of the school,they are did not attach enough importance to teacher training and the evaluation standards seriously enough;the last part is based on the above analysis of the root cause of the problem and giving reasonable suggestions-the students need to play its special advantage and establish the correct view of themselves,communicate with the teachers more often to understand their teaching intention,the teachers need to make the division of labor meticulous and reasonable and form positive interdependence,study actively and communicate and cooperate with colleagues,the school needs to establish and perfect the evaluation system in addition to training teachers systematically.
