Group cooperative learning is a creative teaching theory and strategy widely adopted by many countries in the world.Because of its remarkable effect,it has been praised as the most important and successful teaching reform in recent ten years.Group cooperative learning in different countries is not consistent with their specific forms and names.If the European and American countries call "cooperative learning",the former Soviet Union called "cooperative education citation".In a comprehensive way,group cooperative learning is based on cooperative learning group as the basic form,using the interaction between the dynamic factors in the teaching system,promoting the students' learning,taking the achievement of the group as the evaluation standard,and achieving the teaching goal together.Group cooperative learning is a kind of teaching method under the background of class teaching system,that is,under the premise of recognizing the basic teaching form of the classroom teaching,the teacher takes the student learning group as an important impetus.Through the guidance of the group members,the teacher plays the active function of the group,and improves the individual's learning motivation and ability.To achieve the purpose of completing a specific teaching task.This teaching model has changed the information source of the teacher's monopoly in the whole classroom while the student is in a passive position,which has stimulated the initiative,enthusiasm and creativity of the students.As an effective teaching method,group cooperative learning is widely used in the teaching of various subjects in primary and secondary schools.In terms of primary school language,the group cooperative learning has improved students' awareness of cooperation,sharing awareness,solidarity,and mutual awareness while improving students' listening,speaking andreading ability.However,it is undeniable that teachers and students also have some problems in the process of group cooperative learning.For example,teachers lack profound understanding of "group cooperative learning",teachers' improper management of groups,and students' polarization are obvious.The author investigates the current status of the implementation of cooperative learning in the fifth grade Chinese language group at the 4th Primary School of Zhungeer,Zhungeer,and studies the existing problems and causes,and then finds ways to improve the cooperation of the Chinese group in the fifth grade of Xuejiawan 4th Primary School of Zhunge Banner.Learning efficiency strategies and programs.This article is divided into six parts: The first part is the introduction,expounding the research significance,the research content,the research methods and the domestic and foreign research overview.The second part elaborates on the necessity of cooperative learning of the primary school language group.The third part describes the implementation background and process overview of the Chinese language group cooperative learning in our school.The fourth part describes the problems and causes of the teachers and students in the group's cooperative learning process.The fifth part elaborates the countermeasures and plans to improve the efficiency of the cooperative learning of the Chinese language group in Xuejiawan No.4Primary School in Zhungeer.The sixth parts describes the examples of the cooperative learning in Xuejiawan No.4 Primary School in Zhungeer.
