With the continuous change of educational concept,quality education has become the mainstream of today's society.As an important part of education,Physical education gradually appear in the public eye,it takes teaching as the main way,classroom teaching or specialized counseling as the main form,physical exercises as the main means.Health education as part of the physical education are inseparable,it has been given the new meaning and function.Healthy is not only keeping away from disease and weakness,but also a perfect state in physiology,psychology and social adaption.Junior high school students are in the midst of the physical and psychological development of a high-speed development period,the period of education,both need to consider the universality of students' physical and psychological development,also need to look after the individual differences of physical and psychological development.The learn of group Cooperative is overcome in the past the insufficiency of traditional teaching,and admitted on the basis of individual differences,to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching and produce a kind of teaching method.Using Group cooperation learning is also a in the sports teaching process that make the students study actively,think independently,cooperate and constantly adapt to the environment in the physical education.In this process,it takes the group as the basic unit,and applies the democratic teaching and takes advantage of the cooperative interaction between the dynamic factors of teaching system,so that the students can experience the growth in all aspects while learning the knowledge that is supposed to be learned in sports classes.It is different from the simple group exercises.This paper details in 4 aspects to expounds how to carry out the group cooperation learning in the physical education to make the group cooperation more efficiently and effectively,including the cooperative teaching grouping criteria setup,the guide role of PE teachers,constructing the teaching environment of group cooperation learning in Junior High School Physical Education,the evaluation mechanism of the application of group cooperation learning in Junior High School Physical Education.The result shows that group cooperation learning can motivate students ?interests,make the students actively participate in class activities;mobilize the students' subjective initiative,compete and cooperate in the same time so that students grasp knowledge better and faster in the competition and cooperation;cultivate students the spirit of mutual help,make the students good at cooperation in daily life and learning and progress together.In conclusion,the application of group cooperation learning in physical classes works and is perfectly reasonable.However,it needs to be implemented under certain standards and conditions,and optimize the mode of group cooperation learning in the continuous reform and innovation of physical education teaching,keep improving the shortcomings of cooperation,combine the advantage of junior high school physical education and the characteristic of group cooperation learning more perfectly,improve the physical education to a higher level.
