The Research Of Education Right Protection For The Rural Left-Behind Children

Rural left-behind children education rights has become China's current social problems to be solved,involving government,family,school and social fields,which is a social problem about the social stability and unity,the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,and the improvement of the quality of overall population,the improvement of the problem is the objective need of China's economic and social sustainable development.This paper analyses the rural left-behind children education rights and safeguard measures research significance and background firstly,and the left-behind children education related research at home and abroad were reviewed combined with the present situation of China's rural education,and then,this paper proposed thesis research methods and framework.With the pedagogy,law,sociology,management,psychology related theory,and the typical rural left-behind children events in recent years combined with field investigation,this paper discuses the perfection of relevant laws and regulations,clear responsibility,and discusses the problems such as the establishment of the cooperative communication mechanism among the government,society and schools.And then we put forward the policy measures and improving schemes and solutions to protect the rights of rural left-behind children education.The research enriched and develop the social science theory and the education system,the rural education way,the future of rural children and compulsory education management countermeasure in current economic situation.We also provide theoretical references and data for the rural left-behind children education right and the safeguard measures related topic research,and rural migrant workers for their children's education rights and obligations.The improvement schemes and solutions and related research results,which this paper studied and put forward provide the reference for the education rights protection of rural left-behind children.
