With the enhancement of China's international status,there is a progressive development in international children's Chinese teaching under the overall background of"Mandarin fever".However,it's noteworthy that there is a big difference between children's second language teaching and adult's teaching because children as a special group have their own unique physiological and psychological characteristics.In recent years,the teaching field has paid more attention to game teaching method.Many scholars think that game is no longer classroom "filler" or "supplement" to fill small gaps,but should be an effective means to teach children language and we should attach due importance to it in language teaching.This paper is intended to focus on discussion of the application of game teaching method in children's Chinese teaching from two perspectives:"children's Chinese teaching" and "game teaching method".The students in grades one to eight are studied,and classroom observation,questionnaires and case studies are used to analyze the effects of the game teaching methods.This paper begins with the theory of game teaching method and demonstrates the necessity and urgency of the application of the game teaching method in Chinese language teaching through the analysis of the characteristics,learning needs and learning difficulties of Mecsekaljai primary school students.According to the Chinese teaching practice,the paper gives a brief outline and lists relevant games to describe the use of game teaching method in children's Chinese word teaching.Through the research,it is found that the use of the game teaching method in the Chinese classroom of Mecsekaljai primary school not only can strengthen the learners' motivation to learn and enhance the interest of the classroom,but also make the students grasp the teaching content better,and fulfill the teaching objectives.In a word,game teaching method is helpful in Chinese teaching.At the end of the article is intended to reflect on feedback on the actual result of game application further and put forward some teaching suggestions,hoping to provide some helpful information and reference for children's Chinese teaching in the future.
