With the deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization,the number of migrant workers migrating to cities is increasing.Driven by favorable conditions of the city,such as high level of economic development,abundant resources,sound infrastructure and high-quality public service,the migration of rural population to cities began to show the trend of family migration,which brings a consequence is that urban migrant workers' children become more and more,so protection of the migrant workers' children's education chance and educational equity becomes particularly necessary.Since 1996,some related problems of the migrant workers' children's education entered the policy field,our government has made some corresponding work arrangements and formulated and implemented a series of related policies,to a certain extent,which has protected the rights of the migrant workers' children's education,but in practice there are still some details needing to be improved.In order to make clear of the present situation of the migrant workers' children's school education in Chengdu city,the author conducted a field survey of some schools in Chengdu city and found that there are still unfair area and other areas to be improved in the process of education for migrant workers' children in Chengdu.Therefore,the main purpose of this paper is to put forward some feasible suggestions to improve these deficiencies which exist in the process of migrant workers' children's school education,in order to better realize the education rights of the migrant workers' children.Firstly,this paper analyzes the related research achievements with the migrant workers'children's education and the polices of the migrant workers' children's education which have be published by the government of China and Chengdu city in recent years,in order to understand the migrant workers' children's education situation and policy research.Secondly,by using the method of questionnaire survey,the migrant workers and their children in some schools in Chengdu were investigated,through the analysis of survey data and related policies,on the basis of understanding the current situation of the migrant workers' children's migration,study and intramural communication in Chengdu,this paper finds the problems existing in the process of the education of migrant workers' children in Chengdu,including lacking of the corresponding policy system,education unfair,serious psychological problems,urban integration and other issues.Finally,by the method of interests analysis,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the interests of the government,the migrant workers and their children,local residents and their children,schools and other stakeholders,teases out the interest relationship between the related stakeholders,discusses the conflicts of interest among the stakeholders and the impact on the school education of the migrant workers'children.On this basis,in order to better protect the rights and interests to receive education of the migrant workers' children in the city,this paper puts forward to solve the unfair and other problems existing in the school education of the migrant workers' children with the benefit optimization and puts forward some concrete countermeasures,including optimizing the government's interests to improve policy execution,optimizing the interests of stakeholders to reduce the obstacles for policy implementation,eliminating the psychological barriers of the migrant workers' children,integrating the migrant workers and their children into urban development plans,and so on.
