Taking Shandong Changle foreign language school as a case,the study is the need of school management effectiveness reform,and also is the need to improve the theoretical level of school management efficiency.This study systematically discusses the theory and practice of improving students' core literacy by the reform of " three effect management" to improve students' core quality.Chapter 1: Introduction.Firstly,from the need of school management effectiveness reform practice,the need to improve the theoretical level of school management efficiency,tutor's topic and the need of personal interest,the necessity and importance of Changle foreign language school to improve students' core literacy.Secondly,this paper expounds the research purpose and research content of Changle foreign language school to improve students' core literacy,and puts forward the theoretical value and practical value of Changle foreign language school to improve students' core literacy by the reform of “three-E management”.Finally,the research methods of editions of Ming research from the collection of data and analysis data.Chapter 2: The core concept definition of the reform of school management efficiency and the core quality of students.This paper explains the concept of efficiency,school effectiveness,school management effectiveness and school management efficiency reform,and explains the concept of nuclear and literacy,the concept of core literacy of students,and the concept of three effect management.Chapter 3: With " three way management" reform to improve students' core literacy as the theoretical research.This chapter aims to " what "," why" and " what role" three levels,the meaning of " triple effect management" reform of Changle foreign language school and the role of the improvement of students' core literacy,to clarify the theory of improving students' core literacy.Chapter 4: With " three way management" reform to improve students' core literacy as the guarantee of practice research.This chapter aims to explain how the "three-way management" reform in Changle foreign language school guarantees the reform of school effectiveness in practice to promote the improvement of students' core literacy.From setting goals,creating institutions,perfecting system,strengthening supervision and staffing resources,this paper analyzes the five items.And through a large number of practical cases to further understand the " three-way management" reform and improve the relationship between students' core literacy.
