In recent years,with the rise of the Internet and the advent of “Age of Big Data”,a new type of online education resources represented by MOOC to prairie fire trend sweeping the world,the higher education sector in a trend of the education informationization.The biggest impact of the MOOC wave on the higher education in our country is the innovation of the teaching mode,which will change the pattern of higher education in China and even the whole pattern of higher education.As the core of university management,college teaching management is the key to guarantee the quality of teaching.It should follow the trend of the times and actively accept new teaching resources and promote the innovation of teaching management in colleges and universities.Can fully grasp the opportunities for the development of MOOC,depending on the support of colleges and universities and the degree of innovation in teaching management.Innovative teaching management,promote MOOC application is to improve the quality of teaching,and promote the development of higher education a strong way.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to discuss the problems and perfect research of teaching management in MOOC application.MOOC in China only a few years of development,but to our college teaching management has brought a series of changes,highlighted in: teaching objectives management from knowledge acquisition to enhance the ability to change,teaching process management from the teacher center to the student center change,teaching Quality management changes from results management to overall management.However,there are still some problems in the teaching management of MOOC application,such as the inherent teaching management concept,the formalization of curriculum construction management,the faculty management of teachers 'examination management,and the mechanization of students' learning management.This is mainly caused by the management of information technology is not in place,online curriculum construction management is not enough attention,heavy research and management of light guidance and student learning management system is imperfect.In contrast,the integration of MOOC and higher education abroad is more profound,and China can draw lessons from the experience of teaching management in MOOC applications in developed countries such as the United Kingdom,the United States and Canada.The more prominent are: to promote the construction of information management personnel,Pay attention to the overall management of online curriculum construction,followed by the dynamic changes in learning the ecological media and the construction of a new "credit bank" management system.In the context of "Internet + education",the improvement of teaching management in MOOC application is not easy.The emphasis should be on strengthening the management of information management,strengthening the overall management of curriculum construction,reforming the traditional evaluation and evaluation system,innovating learning and learning management system And other aspects of the future for the orderly development of teaching management in colleges and universities to lay a solid foundation.
