In August 1994,the first use of quality education in the Central document which is called "Some Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Strengthening and Improving School Education".After that,the reform of quality education in full swing,all kinds of problems come one after another,the incentive education is gradually concerned by the theoretical community in the overwhelming challenges,then stand out from a variety of educational and rising into an educational philosophy.However,not any way of education can be accepted by the middle school students,because they are in the special stage with development of physiological and psychological.Therefore,in order to realize the effectiveness of middle school history teaching,it is necessary to adjust the way of history teaching according to the development of education,learning to use a reasonable、scientific theory to arm the future of our history teaching.Indeed,the theory of motivation is a core can not be ignored.Starting from the three major theories of content type、process type and behavior transformation,using the incentive education as a specific teaching method,trying to achieve the ultimate goal that promoted the effective development of history teaching.Incentive theory in the use of middle school history teaching is very important and necessary,it helps middle school students to create a sound personality,enhance the ideological quality,broaden the logical thinking,simultaneously help the history teachers to shape their ideal role,strengthen their role awareness,and thus promote everyone’s comprehensive development.In the field investigation of urban and rural middle schools,we found many doubts in the current history teaching of middle school,and through the statistical analysis of the collected data,we found all kinds of teaching problems under the seemingly ordinary history teaching,and put forward some teaching strategies like resist inferiority,flexible use of praise,timely feedback to hope to help sove the existence of the problems.And through the lesson design and analysis of "The peasant uprising at the end of the Qin Dynasty",a clear explanation of the incentive theory in the history of the specific application of teaching,indicating that the incentive theory can promote the development of the effectiveness of history teaching.Finally,on the basis of the development prospect,some problems that need to be paid attention to put forward in order to maximize the utility of incentive theory in history teaching and realize the effective development of history teaching,so that the history teaching can be sustainable development.
