Study On The Promotion Of School Enterprise Cooperation In Vocational Schools By T Municipal Government

School enterprise cooperation is a mode of cooperation established by vocational schools and enterprises,and it is the key to run vocational education well.In October 18,2017,general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the nineteen major reports that we should give priority to the development of education,deepen the integration of occupation education and cooperation between schools and enterprises.In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,implement the requirements of the decision of the State Council on accelerating the development of modern vocational education,improve the vocational education and training system,deepen the integration of industry and education,school enterprise cooperation,the Ministry of education,together with the national development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of industry and information technology,the Ministry of finance,the Ministry of human resources and social security,the State Administration of Taxation and other six ministries and commissions,jointly formulated the"Vocational Education Measures for the promotion of school enterprise cooperation in vocational schools.In many years of exploration,various vocational schools in T city have formed some fixed modes of school enterprise cooperation.However,a series of problems have emerged,such as the initiative of the school,the passivity or even the immobility of the enterprise,the lack of internal power of cooperation in running the school.Although the government of T city has taken a series of measures to promote the work of school enterprise cooperation in vocational schools,there are still some problems in promoting the work of school enterprise cooperation in T city In view of these problems,such as the low enthusiasm of government participation,the imperfect rules and regulations,the disadvantageous coordination of government supervision,and the insufficient provision of government information,this paper,in combination with the excellent practices and advanced experience of foreign and domestic governments in promoting school enterprise cooperation in vocational schools,puts forward some countermeasures to further strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprise in vocational schools.The full text mainly includes the following six parts:The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the research background and significance of this paper,collects and analyzes the domestic and foreign literature on the government's promotion of school enterprise cooperation,collates and summarizes the correlation,and introduces the overall research ideas and research methods of this paper.The fourth chapter introduces the general situation of foreign and domestic governments to promote the cooperation between vocational schools and enterprises,and summarizes the experience that can be used for reference.The third chapter mainly analyzes the measures taken by the government of T city to promote the school enterprise cooperation in vocational schools and the results achieved,points out the four problems existing in the promotion of school enterprise cooperation by the government of T City,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.The fourth chapter introduces the general situation of the cooperation between foreign governments and other local governments,and summarizes the experience that can be used for reference.The fifth chapter analyzes the problems and causes in the promotion of school enterprise cooperation of vocational schools proposed by the government of T City in the third chapter.Combined with the advanced experience of domestic and foreign governments in promoting school enterprise cooperation of vocational schools,it puts forward four countermeasures to further strengthen the promotion of school enterprise cooperation of vocational schools by the government of T city.The sixth chapter summarizes and prospects through the above analysis.
