In spite of the popularization of higher education in China,and the gradual expansion of university enrollment,the overall quality of students' entrance exam is on the decline.It is perceived that now students need to engage in self-taught education to help them to get the diploma.In the year 1998,the Chinese characteristics of self-taught examination came into being,but with the rapid expansion in the scale of self-study,its guiding ideology,management mode and management mechanism has exposed a series of problems that affect the healthy development of self-studying.This paper is based on the observation of full-time self-taught students at university as the research objects,through a comprehensive observation and questionnaire survey,and an objective understanding of the education situation.I conducted a comprehensive analysis on the basis of data analysis.The reasons for problems of social assistance in the process of development and behind the problem are analyzed,and put forward some countermeasures of social assistance for the problems and causes.There are five parts.The first part is the preface,including the purpose and significance of the study.The second part is the related concept and literature review.Which includes the domestic and foreign related literature review elaborating the connotation of self-taught examination and college self-taught examination.The third part is from the students' and the teachers' perspective.Collecting data,and doing a statistical analysis of the questionnaire to understand the status of self-taught students do the research.The questionnaire is tailored to uncover the basic situation of students' learning and the teachers' teaching.The fourth part analyzes the general phenomenon and problems of full-time self-taught examination students in colleges and universities.The fifth part constructs the training system of self-taught higher education and self-taught examination of students by correcting the idea of running a school,establishing and perfecting the teaching management system,adjusting the teacher ranks and improving the quality of head teachers and comprehensive implementation of quality education.
