Since it is formed in 1981, it has experienced more than twenty springs. In these years, its contribution to people's culture development and economics is very large.In now days, the number of people enrolled in HEESTL is much larger than normal higher education. Whether can it develop healthily is a question of people often think of. Especially in such an age of higher education developing rapidly, the normal higher education expands quickly, the network schools and private higher education develop fast too.
