Elementary school science laboratory construction and management is the practice "the full-time compulsory education primary school science curriculum standard(revised)","scientific inquiry is an important method of students learning science",the implementation of new curriculum standard conditions to ensure the basis of the teaching goal and important teaching resources.Its construction and management must meet the needs of the elementary school science curriculum teaching and reform.Therefore,countries and cities also have been printed and distributed to the elementary school science laboratory construction and management of some of the requirements and standards.For example,in 2010 in jilin province education department issued the jilin province compulsory education school education technology equipment standard(trial)"(primary school),the elementary school science classroom/file specified by scientific activity room Settings,such as equipment,teaching equipment standard.Based on the new curriculum reform needs,based on the compulsory education school in jilin province education technology standard(trial)"(elementary school)to carry out the primary survey,the present situation of laboratory construction problems cause analysis,as well as the countermeasure research has realistic and far-reaching significance.In this paper,using the methods of field survey,interview,in changchun district city,towns,rural scientific experiment of five elementary school construction and management status are studied,the following conclusions:1,the laboratory construction:the laboratory construction and facilities success rate was 80.30%,the instrument configuration success rate was 100%,laboratory management success rate 92.8%,the experimental teaching management success rate was 79.2%,plus a success rate of 6%.The lack of room,the pure laboratory,biological garden room,science inquiry laboratory,and lack of instruments for teaching reform required drug;2,laboratory management,the schools laboratory management,laboratory management system standard,all don't full-time(part-time)laboratory management personnel,but the lack of service of new curriculum reform and the practice of management concept;Lab management to improve teachers' PCK level;Instrument,medicine,books management owe specification.Based on the above problems and cause analysis of laboratory construction and management of strategy:1,ideological education,departments and leadership at all levels and the way to understand science courses in training students' scientific literacy status and role,capable of laboratory construction and management in the practice of science curriculum target's position and role.2,laboratory construction,the construction of laboratory based on the standard under the premise of fully considering the service primary school science curriculum and local curriculum,school-based curriculum teaching reform and practice.3,laboratory management,construction management organizations at all levels of professional and management team,and strengthening post-career training;According to the characteristics of the new curriculum reform and teaching reform needs innovation management system;In all kinds of scientific and normative laboratory management.
