A Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of High School History Culture

School culture refers to the values and behavioral norms gradually formed in the long processe of running school,recognized by all the teachers and students(including employees)in the school.This kind of values and behavioral norms education is the sum of many factors,such as the sum of all the teachers and students(including employees)educational practice activities and the results of their creation,school history traditions,moral norms and behavioral habits.School culture includes the system culture,spiritual culture,material culture and behavior culture.In recent years,schools,especially colleges and universities attach great importance to the construction of school culture,primary and secondary schools have gradually payed more attention to it.school culture is different because of different school history and school system.In the process of running a school-based history and culture,that is,school history culture.School history refers to a school development process from the past to the future,it is a history and a resource.School history culture is the focus of school spirit and culture,school history culture is a comprehensive reflection of the school thought,school concept,school characteristics and so on.In this paper,the author take a key high school in Changchun City as a model,uses literature research method,investigation and research method,comparative research method,to study the influence to students' physical and mental development through the datas,individual interviews and questionnaires of the high school leaders,teachers and students;to study the current basic situation of general high school history and culture,Found the lack of consolidation and utilization of mining resources,for the senior high school history school culture,school administrators of school culture construction function of lack of knowledge,history data collection,history museum construction lack of funds,lack of school history museum closed or open school culture education carrier,the lack of specialized talents of history cultural problemsconstruction etc.The reasons for these problems are mainly due to no attention to the influence of school education management culture on students' values,the utilitarian examination oriented education,to study college entrance examination content is not taken seriously,the history of culture to guide the construction of the lack of a unified guidance;put forward to fully mobilize social resources,to build school culture,school administrators according to to carry out the history education of high school students' characteristics,enrich the ways and methods of construction,the construction of diversified culture history history,curriculum implementation of the overall history education,into the subject curriculum and activity curriculum,to understand the history of the Cultural Organization propaganda activities,let students deepen their understanding of the history of cultural perception,the introduction of security system,system of school culture construction to solve countermeasures.
