Compulsory education Chinese class criterion provide learn to read writing reading colloquial language and comprehensiveness activity are learn to Chinese five territory s.They are interaction,TO cultivate students9 Chinese accomplishment.Reading teaching has always been an important part of Chinese Teaching.Many educators at all times and in all over the world have done.theoretical research on it,Achieve fruitful results,There are many teachers in practice to improve these theories.And a breakthrough to create.**school In order to adapt to the new normal education,In 2014 proposed "rate of education"concept,Emphasizes the need to protect the nature of children,respect for children's personality,cultivate children's sociality.In this paper,based on the literature research,mainly through questionnaires,classroom observation,interviews with teachers and students,A comprehensive understanding of the primary school affiliated to concept in higher grades reading teaching situation.Presents its new classroom look,Demonstrate its experience.The existing problems are analyzed and some suggestions are put forward,In order to improve the reading teaching effectiveness rate of education "concept,to better promote students' Chinese accomplishment.This paper consists of five parts,the first part is the introduction.In view of the present educational background of our country,the reasons of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the scope and methods of the research are explained,This paper combs the representative reading teaching theories at all times and in all countries,and finds out the tendency.From the attached elementary school research course perspective to introduce "rate of education" concept,and the title of the "self education" and "reading" the two main concepts to define.The second part of the "rate of education" concept in higher grades of primary school reading teaching implementation basis,elaborated the relationship between"three characteristics of straightforwardness education" concept in teaching and three characteristics.The third part is the focus of this article,through the questionnaire,classroom observation and interviews with teachers and students,summed up the implementation of"self education" attached elementary school,reading teaching present situation in higher grades,show the practice of "root individuality process" of the teaching characteristics of the achievements,but also points out the existing problems,and analysis of the causes of these problems.The fourth part is for the attached elementary school of higher grades reading teaching problems,from schools,teachers,students three suggestions.The fifth part is the conclusion.
