At the top of the Chinese teacher pyramid,Excellent Chinese teacher come from the prominent teacher or the expert teacher,but beyond the part of the two former crowd.The Excellent Chinese teachers in Huaibei have strong motivation of career development,advanced education concept,flexible teaching behavior and unique personality charm as their major common characteristics.The professional growth factors of Huaibei city Excellent Chinese teacher including policy factors,teachers' professional identity,self development consciousness,self-efficacy,the Chinese teacher knowledge view,the language teacher's knowledge management ability,the language teacher teaching ability,the obtainment of the per-service education theory,the teaching instinct and the school's working and teaching environment,etc.Based on the analysis of professional growth factors of Excellent Chinese teachers in Huaibei,this thesis aims to explore the professional professional development path,such as the improvement of teachers admittance system,the development of teachers evaluation system,the building of modular teacher education training system and so on.Besides,it also including the establishment of teacher professional development directory and the organization of teaching and research activities form the level of the school.What's more,it's efficiency to teachers by enlarging the scope of reading,paying attention to subject dynamic,absorbing advanced education teaching idea,insisting on teaching innovation through grinding and competition,taking an active part in teaching reform practice,participating the research topic through the teaching reflection and so on.Excellent Chinese teacher's professional development come from the Chinese teachers' long-term's teaching practical.Through the practical,their education skills up to the wisdom,and they transform from the teachers to the educators.Their professional growth is meaningful to the novice Chinese teachers and the people who are engage in the Chinese normal education.
