The ideological and political course is the main channel for the ideological and political education of high school students.It is the core of Marxism as the core,in order to promote students' comprehensive development as their duty,and strive to help students to form a good moral quality and psychological quality,establish a scientific world outlook,Values as the main purpose of the course.Therefore,the teaching quality and effect of the ideological and political classroom are directly related to the development of the good moral and moral of the high school students.How to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education by capturing and using the educational time in the limited classroom teaching time is a realistic research topic.This paper applies the theory of educational timing to the teaching of ideological and political classroom,combines the teaching practice of "philosophy life" of ideological and political education,starts from the theory,returns to teaching practice,discusses the connotation,characteristics and classification of the ideological and political classroom education On this basis,the author puts forward the concrete method of capturing and using the educational time in the teaching of ideological and political education.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part: summarizes the relevant theories of the time of ideological and political education,including the connotation of educational time,the meaning of ideological and political classroom education,the characteristics of ideological and political education,and the classification of ideological and political classroom education.The emergence of educational time comes from the needs of the educator's inner moral education.These needs often appear in the form of doubts and difficulties,interests and excitement,frustration and conflict,emotion and emotional point.The second part: Analyze and summarize the significance of the opportunity to capture and use the ideological and political classroom education.Its meaning is conducive to promoting the development of students thinking,is conducive toimproving the teaching quality of teachers,is conducive to the realization of teaching optimization.The third part: combined with the previous analysis of the timing of ideological and political education to the latest ideological and political compulsory course-"philosophy life" as an example,elaborated the teachers in the ideological and political teaching process to capture and use the opportunity to teach the principles and strategies.
