Since the innovation of education,the new concept of education focus on student's lifelong development.Nowadays education in china focus on learning skill,focus on how students can acquire the sprit of creative and the capacity of practice.Many scholars are exploring how to adjust the teaching method,stimulates the student as the main body of learning initiative,from focus on learning outcomes to focus on the learning process,training benefit students life-long skills.Information technology plays an important role in students' studying and researching activities.Through learning and using information technology,students can build up many abilities such as information collection,judgment,logical analysis,communication and cooperation.An instructional design that combines the advantages of information technology and the demand of students' abilities,can both promote students to construct their knowledge system and their scientific research capabilities,so students can copy with the future.Firstly,this research analyzes the domestic and foreign research results,such as the classification of high school students' research ability,students' research training program and how to evaluate students' research ability.Based on the paper work and investigation.,this research disussed which abilities play the most important role,and divided them into five dimensions:problem consciousness,information consciousness,practical consciousness,data consciousness,communication and expression consciousness.Secondly,this research compared the process of information technology to the research process,then divided the information technology class activities into six basic teaching steps.Defined the teacher's role and the student's task on each steps,defined the ability target of each steps.Thirdly,in the teaching practice,according to the teaching material and students' situation,teacher determine the goals of knowledge and scientific research ability.Finally,this research use product analysis to evaluate the changes of students' research ability before and after the teaching activities.In this research,I choose students of chengdu shude foreign language school as the experimental object,apply the ability training model.Study and analysis show that the information technology teaching design based on ability training can enrich students' research experience and promote the development of students' research ability.Help students to experience research methods and steps,so that the students' attention to the completion of the work of the process,full consideration of the needs of the problem,refine the selection of information,optimization design.
