At the front line of kindergarten teachers practicing for the care and responsibility of young children,their every move is carrying a full of moral responsibility and value expectations.The attention and scrutiny of all walks of life makes the kindergarten teachers in the attention and examination of the passive situation: national policy concerns kindergarten teachers professional ethics,social media attention kindergarten teacher ethics behavior,parents focus on kindergarten teachers ethics and attitude,academia It is concerned about the ethical problems of preschool teachers.The multi-faceted attention angle lacks the practical dilemma of the kindergarten teacher's main situation in the actual situation,especially the guardian ethical dilemma of the kindergarten teacher's home situation.In addition,China is in the transition period of social transformation,the concept of kindergarten teachers' education is being subjected to the baptism and confrontation of multivariate values and value judging standards.Kindergarten teachers face the impact and choice of multiple education ideas in the actual teaching situation.The study of kindergarten teachers' choice makes it difficult for kindergarten teachers to teach ethical dilemma.In this study,120 kindergarten teachers in several kindergartens were surveyed and 120 questionnaires were distributed.After the removal of the invalid questionnaires,97 available questionnaires were obtained and 97 cases were obtained.By coding these cases,we found that:First of all,the five major areas for the coding basis,found that the teaching staff of the Christian group ethical dilemma presents the following characteristics: health and social areas of the two kindergarten teachers in the most difficult dilemma,and language,science and art field is relatively the number of times much less.Embodied in the following three aspects: 1,the field of health performance for the physical and mental,sexual sprout,activity preferences,self-care,security five dilemma dimension.2,the social field of performance for the selfconsciousness,separation of anxiety,rules,problem-solving ability training and bullying five dilemma dimensions.3,the other three areas in the performance due to interception,environmental protection,individual and the overall difficulties caused.On the basis of this,through the further analysis of teachers' choice in ethical dilemma and the subsequent reflection,it is found that the treatment of different kindergarten teachers in different dilemmas will be different,but the treatment of teachers' groups will be presented a certain tendency to choose.It is embodied in the following three aspects: 1,the choice of teachers in the field of health performance: the physical and psychological difficulties are more concerned about the needs of children's physical,sexual budding difficulties to avoid thenegative treatment,active preference lies more respect for the individual needs of children,living in the plight of the more inclined to arrange alternative,the security predicament of the choice of cautious security rather than promote development.2,the choice of social areas in the performance: self-awareness imprisonment is more concerned about all the children rather than individual children,isolated anxiety and the choice of parents with the parents to ease the anxiety of anxiety,the rules under the dilemma to guide children to understand the meaning of rules,problem-solving ability Dilemma teachers involved and concerned about the ability of children to develop,bullying activities to encourage children to self-protection.3,the other three areas of choice: interlocking events pay more attention to maintaining the classroom atmosphere,environmental protection,more emphasis on the cultivation of environmental awareness,curriculum dilemmas under the strict implementation of the curriculum arrangements,the imagination of the plight of concern for the interests of all children.Based on the analysis of the tendency of teachers 'moral dilemma,the author thinks that kindergarten teachers' ethical dilemma is divided into four aspects: the relationship between "child care" and "child care",education fairness and individual concern between the independent development and care of the weak and free development and education between the choice of choice between the balance.In addition,from two aspects of the kindergarten teachers to teach the formation of ethical wisdom to explore: first,multiple roles under the kindergarten teachers face ethical difficulties;second,kindergarten teachers to teach ethical wisdom to explore.The specific performance of the teachers to improve the ability to reflect the main body to promote the wisdom of teachers and groups of the exchange and collision,highlighting the case of teaching methods in the application of teachers after training in three aspects of the exploration.
