Research On The Development Of Social Work Agency Under The Mode Of Venture Philanthropy

With the development of economy and society,the transformation of society in the new period,people's living standards have been greatly improved.At the same time,the huge imbalance occurred between rapid development of material civilization and spiritual civilization,resulting in a large number of social problems.Such as the problems of left-behind children,left behind the elderly,generation education,youth physical and mental health and so on.In order to solve this problems,professional social work institutions came into being.At this stage,the development of social work institutions relies heavily on government purchase of service,support of the corporate,social donations and foundation is very limited.In this situation,the introduction of venture philanthropy,effectively alleviate the problem of lack of motivation for the development of professional social work agencies.This paper analyzes the definition,mode,characteristics and problems of venture philanthropy by literature research,and focuses on the promotion and development of venture philanthropy to professional social work institutions.Combined with the on-the-spot investigation of TaiCang City,JiangSu Province,we have a comprehensive understanding of the local social work agencies.on the existence of the problems,we put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to promote the venture philanthropy model and professional social work Institutions in China's localization development.The effective effect of venture philanthropy is mainly to promote the optimal allocation of public resources,to resolve the employment difficulties of social workers,highlighting the brand effect of undertaking projects,strengthening the capacity building of social work agencies and improving the discourse rights of social workers in formulating policies.While recognizing the great achievements of venture philanthropy development to social work institutions,we also need to strengthen the autonomy of social work agencies,broaden the financing channels of institutions,enrich the types of venture philanthropy projects,improve the policies,laws and regulations,and formulate scientific evaluation system.Only in this way can we make full use of the venture philanthropy model to promote the development of social work institutions.
