Research On The Operational Model Of Social Work Organization-led Venture Philanthropy Capital

With the development of the government purchasing public services,more and more social organizations appear,but some of them are weak in service capacity and cannot meet the needs of residents.Under this premise,China proposes to build a training demonstration platform for social organizations and further support the cultivation and development of social organizations through the way of public welfare venture capital.Social organizations in the community are guided to participate in community autonomy through public welfare venture capital to provide diversified services for residents.Based on the T street public venture capital project as a case,the basis of the first to introduce the public venture capital project,involved in the body of the situation and introduces the basic situation of project implementation,and then to project specific operation process as a starting point for analysis,through the process of project implementation of the relevant person in charge of participant observation and the interview,reduction projects from the propaganda to the project to carry out to the process of concluding.By comparing the public venture capital with the general purchase mode of the government,this paper summarizes the operation characteristics of public venture capital from five aspects: capital,participants,implementation purpose,service content and operation process.Finally,through the implementation of the project,I found the advantages and problems of public welfare venture capital,and reflected from the three aspects of streets,social work institutions and community social organizations,so as to provide experience for the improvement of the operation mode of social work institutions-oriented public welfare venture capital and the further promotion of the project.
