Research On The Internal Governance Structure Of School

School for the construction of the internal governance structure is a response to the rapid development in today's society,is the intrinsic requirement of education management system reform.The traditional management system in school with the development of society and the necessity of adaptability and the country in eighteen after the relevant policies of school governance requirements,the establishment of a modern school which prompted us to establish a perfect internal school governance structure.In the study of internal school governance structure is adopted in a new perspective,through literature analysis,case analysis and other research methods,from the school management main body,the school management ways and means that two aspects to analyze the governance structure,with the body of the school management framework for governance structure,internal governance structure to construct school in governance mode.This paper mainly divides into four parts :The first part is the basic theory of the thesis.The drawbacks of traditional education,national governance related policy support,education needs to adapt to the needs of the social development,the building of modern school system and other aspects to promote the school governance need to constantly strengthen the internal governance structure of the school needs more improvement.For schools internal governance structure of the building to take the responsibilities clear,power balance these two aspects as core elements.For XX elementary school internal governance structure of the research,mainly from the principal,the principal office meeting,the Chinese communist party school organizations at the grass-roots level,the reception committee,academic committee,teachers and parents committee the seven governance body and the relationship between the governance body and virtue,rule of law,and combining with the way of governance were analyzed,and the analysis of the governance body way of duties,as well as disadvantages.The third part mainly analyzes the problems of school governance structure,with XX school of chengdu as an example,it is concluded that the school governance body and power relations among principals of governance though it is not clear,the school system is not sound,main problems of school running autonomy is not enough,etc.The fourth part put forward strengthening and decentralization,the school set up a sound incentive mechanism,establish and improve the supervision and evaluation mechanism,set up schools,families,communities,partner cooperation model and so on several optimization Suggestions for school governance structure.
