The National Traditional Sports Proiect School Physical Education Teacher Training Present Situation Investigation And Study

The physical health of young people in China for 25 consecutive years of decline,in order to solve this problem,improve the quality of physical education teachers,physical education teachers continuing education is particularly important.China's relevant departments have been aware of this problem,as early as 2008,the State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of education began full implementation of the "training" of sports teachers of traditional national sports project,in order to improve the traditional sports school sports training level,and promote the further development of the school sports work.So far,the school teachers' training of traditional sports in China has been carried out for 9 years,the state has invested a lot of manpower,material and financial resources,how to promote China's traditional sports sports training teachers to develop better,to understand the status quo of China traditional sports item of teacher training is very important.Therefore,this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,the author investigated and analyzed the past two years at the Capital Institute of Physical Education,the national traditional sports teacher training,the conclusion is:1 The training of sports teachers of traditional national sports project students are tend to be younger in general;male students are significantly more than female students;students of higher education,most of the undergraduate degree;at 10-15 years of age in the highest proportion of the trainees in the survey;the English level is low,the level of scientific research needs to be improved.2 The motivation of the students to participate in the training is very strong,to improve their teaching level,improve the level of training and update the educational theory of the top three;the majority of students in the school leadership support attitude.3 The national traditional sports teacher training has a unified guiding ideology,training objectives and training principles;training time in the summer of 2014,the 8-day training,training in 2016 for a period of 10 days,most of the students are satisfied with the training time,but there is still a part of the students think that the training time is very compact;the training content increased significantly in 2016 compared with 2014,in 2014 the special technical training,practice course,foreign youth training,dynamic children training experience and exchange students in the minds of the top three,in 2016 in the training course of track and field sports injury prevention,juvenile,adolescent physical training,training theory and method young athletes,dietary nutrition in the top five in the minds of students,the training content of continuous improvement at the same time,a lot of training instructors and teachers in training Consider the relevance of the training content lacking,should make the demand survey on students in higher satisfaction of students before training;training mode;unsatisfactory appraisal method of the traditional school teacher training,lack of science,some more single training units can make certain indicators in the training process,so that students can use their own to achieve the target.4 training instructor is very high,with doctoral students and master students,the training of scientific research ability of lecturers is very strong;training instructor's teaching attitude is correct,the trainees are very satisfied with the training lecturer.5 The use of student training instructor teaching attitude is general,there are a lot of useless curriculum teaching materials,but for placement,accommodation,and teaching conditions are very satisfied.6 The majority of students believe that the overall effect of training is obvious,reflecting the national sports traditional project school physical education teacher training has played a positive role in promoting;students back to school teaching ideas are changed greatly;in the teaching,use more youth training methods and training methods;training students in2014,they brought sports team performance and to a higher level talents are significantly increased.
