The social health club is endless and the development is fast.People's fitness needs can be seen,the college's health club also recognized this point,have chosen to join the competition in the fitness market.To make the college health club to scientific and healthy development,we must fully understand the current business situation,recognize the fitness club site environment,facilities,fitness courses and other basic information.At the same time as a health club "spokesperson" coaches,only fully aware of the college health club coach team structure,including gender and age structure,academic structure,job structure,etc.,In order to enable consumers to experience a satisfactory consumer experience.Not only to the fitness trainers have some knowledge,but also to the fitness of individual behavior characteristics of consumers to conduct a reasonable and comprehensive analysis,and then develop a reasonable operational strategy to improve the operational level of college gymnastics club,so that college health club can more Good business development.This paper investigates the current situation of the health club of the Capital Institute of Physical Education,including the operation and management of the health club and the basic situation of the coaches and consumers,using the method of literature,questionnaire,interview and other methods,and obtain the following conclusions:1.Capital Institute of Physical Education club and social business club have some differences in the management,operation,management idea and mode,its business philosophy is to guide students in the premise of following the market law under the "self health investment",put into the fitness club management system,and open to the society,the promotion way is single,lack of professional management personnel.The product structure of the 2.fitness clubs can be divided into core product,form product,additional three kinds of products,the core product is attached to the fitness club fitness service,product marketing,can be profitable in the short term.Fitness equipment categories are complete,focusing on power equipment.3.,coaches tend to be younger,but their working hours are short,and they lack experience and experience in fitness guidance work.There is a clear division of labor between men and women,and gender and curriculum items have a higher degree of agreement.Sports university graduates are the main source of coaches.The qualification rate is higher,but the qualification certification system is rather confusing.The coach takes a general attitude to the present salary and feels that his ability does not match his value.4.fitness exercise is more popular with male consumers and young people.The consumption population is younger,the consumption level is different,the middle level of consumption is the main,and the consumer's cultural level is higher as a whole.Consumersare informed about the ways of the club to be relatively unitary,the diversity of consumer fitness motivation,and the importance of their physical fitness and health.The difference in fitness time is obvious,the difference between the peak and the peak periods is great,and the fitness times of the consumers are uncertain,and the consumers' gender and fitness items have higher matching degree.
