Fertility will be the leading variable that affects the fertility level of the residents,and it is also an important factor affecting the birth rate.The change of the birth rate is the concrete manifestation of the fertility intention.The implementation of a comprehensive two-child policy will bear a major responsibility for alleviating our population problems,improving the population structure and adjusting the fertility rate.In the early stages of maternity policy to understand the wishes of the residents,for the prediction of "comprehensive two children" under the New Deal population changes and future demographic trends,at the same time,for the further adjustment of reproductive policy to provide decision-making information.In this study,Dongsheng District,for example,selected married and educated young people as the target group for two children fertility survey,the application of Coleman's rational choice theory,using descriptive statistics,linked table,chi-square test And Logistic regression analysis of young children's fertility and their influencing factors were studied.The survey found that:with the existing research is different,Dongsheng District,two young children have a higher fertility,54.9%of people choose to have two children;in the two children sex,there are certain boys preferences,60.3%of young people hope that two children sex for the boys;2017,2018,2019 is the peak of the birth of two young children.In terms of influencing factors,the study found that the gender,age,education level,family income,child sex,child's attitude towards the two children,and the support of the two sons of the ancestors affect the choice of whether or not the young child has two children;The age of the young,the degree of education and the gender of a child affect the choice of gender for the two children willing to fertility;and two child birth time only age factors affect the choice of young childbearing time.
