Through the analysis of high school students' writing,they find that they still have some problems in shaping individual characters,such as: 1.The character of the personality can not be reflected;Write a lot of similar characters and so on.With the doubt to analyze and study the teacher's lesson plans,to understand the teachers are also dedicated to teaching,there are all kinds of teaching design.Then the teacher's narrative writing teaching and student writing is not proportional to those narrative teaching and learning what is the problem? How can these problems be resolved?These are the issues to be explored in this study.By reading the literature and books,understand the variation theory,try to introduce the variation theory field of vision of research methods in composition teaching,to solve the problem of narrative teaching high school.Variation theory emphasizes critically,to critically must experience,mainly refers to the V1,V2,V3 the variation of the three aspects.First of all,through the analysis of student's work or performance to research,and undertake to the student interviews to understand the V1,then to analyze the situation of teacher's teaching(can be based on the analysis of teachers' teaching plan,classroom activity,symposium,etc.)is V2.Variation pattern is out of the four learning function,respectively is contrast,distinguish,class and the fusion,through the learning function can help teachers to teaching design.In V1,V2 and learning function research conducted on the basis of teaching design.This is a basic variation theory under the view of research methods,combination of teaching and learning,promoting teaching.In this article,through the student's composition and interviews to understand the students' learning,that is,V1;from the teacher's lesson plans and classroom records to understand the teacher's teaching,that is,V2;through this series of studies in the human narrative writing teaching In the study of the content should be the character of the shape,the key feature should be 1.The details of the description into a variety of description to go;2.Through the details of the description to highlight the differentpeople of different personality.In the V1,V2 on the basis of learning through the function so that students can also identify the learning content and key features.In the V1,V2 and learning functions under the premise of the design details described in the teaching of the three activities in the activities for students to master the learning content and key features.From the V1,V2 to determine the use of learning functions and the design of teaching activities based on learning,to students-oriented;to promote reflection,improve teaching;and students to establish a good relationship between teachers and students and other revelations.
