As the team which used to own the overlord status in the field of Asian basketball,the Chinese women's basketball team was defeated by Japan in the 26 th Asian Championships.As a result,they can only participate in the pre-Olympic tournament to get qualification for the Rio Olympic.In preparation for the tournament,the team recalls the experienced player,Chen Nan,and let her attend physical exercise function training.Firstly,have Chen Nan do the FMS,Y-balance test and physical fitness test,and then plan the physical training according to the test result and the requirements of head coach.Based on the analysis of the test results and the summary of the training methods,the training methods adopted by Chen Nan are studied,and the relevant conclusions of this paper are drawn.By using the documentary method,observational method measurement method and the method of comparative analysis,this thesis summarizes the training methods of functional training during the preparation of Qualifying Tournament,hoping to help other athletes or coaches avoid unnecessary misunderstanding and reduce the risk of sports injury.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Chen Nan in the FMS test score of 14 points,and no 0 points appear;in the Y-Balance upper body test did not show significant difference between the lower body test results show that Chen Nan right leg strength is weak,so Strengthen the right leg strength and stability is the primary training goal.These pre-training test results provide data support for the subsequent training.(2)According to Chen Nan's test results,develop the appropriate training program.Training of the recovery period mainly to improve the stability of the body,flexibility,strengthen the strength of the right leg,improve the body movement function training is mainly to improve Chen Nan's special strength,explosive and athletic ability.(3)Through two cycles of training,Chen Nan's starting speed from the training before 2.48 seconds to 2.27 seconds;speed endurance from 94.33 seconds before training to 86.39 seconds;lower extremity explosive force have different degrees of improvement.(4)Chen Nan physical exercise functional training mainly to the system of functional testing and physical fitness test as the starting point to understand the current state of Chen Nan,the specific physical exercise function training is the use of preparatory activities to establish between the nerve and muscle Effective contact,and then need to carry out the backbone of basketball backbone force,strength and rotation of explosive power,energy metabolism system development and other special ability,and finally regeneration and recovery of the body to relax.
