In the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,decided to fully implement a couple can have two children policy.The introduction of the policy,to a certain extent,will improve the fertility rate of the population of childbearing age and the actual total fertility rate.The corresponding number of children will show a trend of increasing year by year.Children's period is the most critical period in the whole life development.The development of children's comprehensive quality directly affects the growth and development of children.The safety of childhood is the most worrying,only on the basis of safety,to talk about the future of education and development.Due to the child is so young,self-protection and consciousness is weak,prone to accidental injury.According to statistics,in 2014,China's children's development program(2011-2020),the implementation of the statistical report,said the world's annual approximately 830 thousand children died from accidental injury.Children's accidental injury as a child's health problems has aroused widespread concern in the whole society.Drowning,traffic accidents and other accidents are the leading cause of death in children.According to the traffic department of the latest statistics show that China per 10 people died in a traffic accident at least 1 people are children,there are more than 18 thousand and 500 children under the age of 14 died of traffic accidents each year,ranking first in the world,is 2.5 times that of Europe's.Accidents are often caused by the lack of children's own safety awareness,lack of education and publicity,and lack of family education and supervision.To understand children's self-protection knowledge demand and knowledge structure of different levels of demand,and carry out the children's safety education to the corresponding,to enhance the safety awareness of children themselves,protect their healthy growth will become the focus.According to the United Nations Convention on the rights of the child,which provides for children under the age of 18 years of natural persons,but in the reality of China's national conditions,children often refers to the age of 6 to the age of school-age population of 18.The definition of the age of children shows that the population of this age group will be most of their energy and time in school life.According to the arrangement of each stage in Anhui province teaching courses,students a day on average about 5 hours spent in school,with an average of 7 to 8 hours a day and junior high school students through the school,the day may be in the school for more than 10 hours a day,and accommodation system the students in the school time may be longer.Therefore,school safety has become an important part of children's personal safety.Social work is a professional scientific method to help people solve problems and get rid of the plight of the work.The childhood is an important period in the formation of values the growth of children,so the intervention of social work in children's life,especially in school life,to improve the safety awareness of children themselves,protect their healthy growth is particularly important.This study takes Y primary school,which is in Hefei,students as the research object,using the method of probability sampling,questionnaire and participant observation method,the present situation of safety consciousness of Y primary school students understanding;with professional social work values oriented theory,combined with Maslow's hierarchy of needs,understand the children of self security needs found that children,demand for school safety knowledge in large quantity,but the school education under the existing conditions can not meet the needs of children.Combined with social learning theory and social cognitive theory to know the current situation of child safety,to analyze the Causes of security,such as the lack of school safety education,family care strength does not reach the designated position,and children's ego to protect consciousness,etc.Through the intervention of the social work of Y primary school students from the school community to intervene effectively,through social work intervention,improve children's safety awareness,enhance self-protection awareness,increase safety education knowledge,improve the ability to cope with risk,to provide new research ideas for solving child safety education the problem.
