A Study On The Relationship Between Informal Institutional Environment And Social Work Occupational Social Identity

At present,China's social work career development is facing many difficulties,and the informal institutional environment for social work professional social recognition degree can not be ignored.From the perspective of sociology,this study focuses on exploring which informal systems affect the social identity of social work and how to improve the social identity of social work in the informal system.And these problems are the central issues to be explored in this study.In this study,we use the method of public choice and the theory of recognition,and use the method of quantitative research and qualitative research to analyze the identity of the informal institutional environment,the recognition of professionalism,the recognition of professional efficiency,the recognition of professional prospects The author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the social cognition of social work in the informal system environment.In the analysis of the informal institutional environment and social work professional social identity of the four components of the relationship,the following conclusions: First,the current social work of social identity is low,the second is the informal institutional environment,ideas,awareness Form and cultural tradition have significant influence on the professional identity of social work.Thirdly,the ideology and ideology in the informal system environment have significant influence on the cognition degree of social work occupation ideology.Fourth,ideology,ideology and habits in informal institutional environment Customs has a significant impact on the degree of professional recognition of social work,five is the informal institutional environment in the ideology and habits of social work career prospects have a significant impact.On the basis of this,in order to improve the social cognition of social work,this study puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the social cognition of social work from the four perspectives of non-institutional environment: one is to correctly handle the relationship between government and social work institutions,Is to give full play to the role of public opinion advocacy.
