Education is a long-term goal of a country.It is the foundation of national construction and development.In order to improve the comprehensive national strength,it is necessary to start from education.Quality education can promote fast and comprehensive development of citizens,therefore create groups and generations of physically and mentally healthy,knowledgeable and capable socialist talents.The cultivation of talents can not be separated from the beginning education.It is a foundation project,the core of national education.Beginning education includes kindergarten education,compulsory education,etc.Here,the focus of this paper is the compulsory education.In recent years,nine-year-long compulsory education has attracted growing attention from the society,especially from families with school age children.Parents invested a lot in helping their children to receive good education.Parents do anything for their children,including paying for choosing a better school,buying school district homes.Their goal is for their children to get into a quality school,to receive good education,and not to lose at the starting line.This cannot make people think hard.Education is a part of social and public services.In construction of public services,our country promote the equality principle.That is to say,the public service citizens receive should be fair and balanced.For the nine-year-long compulsory education,fair and balanced education is particularly important.The fair and balanced education means,that the education resources is allocated fairly and balanced among regions,between urban and rural areas,among schools,and among different types of educations.This paper researches on the allocation of educational resources of nine-year-long compulsory education,analyzes the supply of educational resources of nine-year-long compulsory education in our country in recent years.Using the construction of resources of 9-year-long compulsory education of Beichen District in Tianjin City as the target of research,this paper thoroughly researches and analyzes,and find out the problems existing in the supply of educational resources in nine-year-long compulsory education.For example,excellent teachers and sources exist mainly in few good schools;modern information technology equipment mainly equipped central urban areas;and school buildings and facilities are aged in some areas.The goal of this paper,is to provide corresponding suggestions and solutions to these problems,to promote the optimal allocation of educational resources of nine-year-long compulsory education develop in a fair and balanced way,and to reduce pressure of family and society,and therefore to help our society becoming more harmonious,also to provide references for future researches.The development of compulsory education relies on the fair investment and allocation of educational resources by the government.It is also necessary to set up corresponding laws and regulations,to supervise the implementation,also to ensure that the realization of a fair and balanced educational system.This paper researches by using the empirical method,documentation method,and experience method.Thus,the research results are more practical and operable.
