Mathematical educator Storill has told that mathematics teaching is the teaching of mathematical thinking activities.Mathematics can enlighten,develop human thinking.All of those people get or discover mathematical knowledge is the result of thinking.Although other disciplines or other ways can also cultivate people's thinking,the role that mathematics teaching has played in students' thinking training can not be compared to other disciplines.Thinking needs the mathematics,so does the mathematics.The mathematical teaching can impart some knowledge of mathematics,and more importantly cultivate students with thinking ability.The related ability which will promote the development of individuals and society developes in the process of mathematics teaching.One of the important subjects of teachers is how to make teaching design oriented to the thinking ability.The question design is at the heart of the mathematical teaching design,as the question can serve as a tool to not only kindle the spark of students' thinking and inspire their desire for knowledge,but also enlighten their wisdom and promote their all-round development.By making full use of valuable contents of knowledge in the teaching material,the contents can be designed into questions in the certain context,thus inspiring students' desire and motive to inquire into the essence of mathematics.This is an important way to develop students' thinking ability.The study will focus on the idea of developing students' thinking ability in the process of mathematical teaching.According to the knowledge in the textbook of volume one of Grade One,a set of questions will be designed,and be tested about their actual effects in develop in students' thinking ability.In the first chapter,guided by the new curriculum idea,and aimed at the development of students' thinking ability,five basic principles of question design on the question design in primary school will be put forward,including interestingness,openness,scientificity,heuristic and gradation.Then four strategies will be given for the way of teaching design.In the second chapter,the most important part,the mathematics teaching materials for primary schools in Qingdao and Singapore will be analyzed in terms of their arrangement system,knowledge points,and the design of activities.On the basis of the teaching material in Qingdao,where the researcher livesin,and in the combination of advantages of question design in Singapore-version teaching materials,targeted questions will be designed about mathematical knowledge points for primary schools in the premise of following principles.In the end,the problem design is applied to the practice of primary school mathematics teaching.The teaching effect of the existing problems and the teaching effect of the problem design in this study are compared and analyzed.The innovation of this research is that researcher design a set of learning sheets for primary school mathematics knowledge points and apply them to the teaching effect of primary school mathematics classroom test.The conclusion is that the problem designed for the cultivation of thinking ability can mobilize students 'thinking activities to a certain extent,which is helpful to promote the development of students' thinking ability.
