The concept of physical fitness is a guiding new idea of sports proposed by the American Healthy Sports Entertainment and Dance Alliance in the late 1980 s.Once put forward,the concept has received wide attention from all over the world.In the1950 s,developed countries such as Europe and the United States applied it to individual physical education,and set up a healthy physical fitness education project.China's formal exposure to the concept of physical fitness in the early 1990 s,first in Taiwan and Hong Kong and other regions to be applied.In the course of development in recent years,the concept has become more and more widely used in sports in China,especially in physical education teaching In the field.In order to improve students' physical health level and enhance students' comprehensive quality.This paper focuses on the teaching of physical fitness courses,combines the traditional teaching methods of track and field courses to cultivate students' concept of lifelong physical education,and then lays a solid foundation for the development of the quality of the whole people.For the country and the nation,teenagers are the source of their strength,so the physical quality and health of teenagers determine whether the country and the national society have sufficient motivation.Healthy physique is particularly important for high school students.First of all,whether you have a healthy physique determines to some extent whether the individual can successfully complete in high school.study;secondly,high school is an important period of individual physical and mental development,in which whether an individual has a healthy body determines whether his future life can be guaranteed.Therefore,improving the physical health level of high school students has become an urgent task at present.A study of Lanzhou A high school boys as the object of study.Using various research methods,including mathematical statistics method and experimental analysis method,through organizing and carrying out physical fitness courses into the teaching practice of track and field courses,sorting out the test data and questionnaire feedback,and taking this as the basis to carry out the effect analysis of adding healthy physical fitness courses in the course of track and field teaching.The aim is to improve students' physical cognition and understand the importance of physical activity andhealth through the design and practice of physical fitness course.By combining the physical fitness curriculum with the traditional physical education curriculum teaching activities to demonstrate whether the physical fitness curriculum teaching implementation,can improve students physical education fitness cognitive level and performance.So as to further enrich the content of physical education teaching,for physical education teachers to provide reference and use of information.The related research shows that :1.Physical fitness curriculum has obvious positive guiding effect on improving students' physical fitness cognition in senior high school.2.students show a good level of physical fitness curriculum adaptation.3.students' eating habits and living habits have been improved after the implementation of physical fitness courses.4.physical fitness curriculum to a certain extent is conducive to improve the physical education classroom atmosphere and create a good atmosphere.Combined with this practical research,the article gives the following suggestions:first,the development of school physical education curriculum should conform to the trend of the times.In order to promote the development of students' physical and mental health,it is necessary to learn from the advanced educational ideas and new teaching models of foreign countries and combine the characteristics of traditional physical education courses in order to conform to the trend of the times,meet the needs of students' physical and mental development and promote the cultivation of their sports interests.Secondly,physical education teaching content should reflect the acquisition of physical fitness knowledge and performance in addition to motor skills learning,so as to enhance students' healthy behavior and become lifelong physical education The establishment of habit laid a good foundation.Finally,the school should carry out the teacher's further education activities through many channels,and the PE teacher should seize the opportunity to learn the latest theory,innovate teaching methods,improve their own professional level,and then enable students to actively and pleasantly enter the physical education classroom,adjust themselves and enjoy learning with style and exercise load,enjoy learning.
