Track and field sports development in the human social practice and work for a long time,so the track and field sports is also known as the "mother of the movement.In recent years,the track and field sports scores,emerged a large number of excellent athletes,world records have been rewritten.That prompted the development trend of the coaches and athletes training hard,constantly improve the training techniques and methods,keep up with the trend of the world's advanced.Preparation activities are indispensable link in sports training and competition.Understand the role of the preparation and purpose,reasonable arrangement of time and strength of the pre-match preparation activities and the time interval with official matches,correct selection of the content and form of preparation,is each of the coaches and athletes should value and treat seriously,should be more scientific planning.Do sufficient preparation activities,not only can improve the excitability of cerebral cortex and central nervous,promote human body's enginery working status as soon as possible into the state,but also can improve the performance of athletes and the level of competitive ability of the play,thus to achieve the desired goals and create a good performance.This article through the literature material method,interview survey method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other research methods,the current our country excellent sprinters pre-match preparation activities related situation investigation and study.From the physiological effects of factors influencing the preparation activities,by means of the pre-match preparation of activity time,intensity,and the gap between the official competition,and to study the content and form analysis,thus the following conclusions:1?Content and form in our arrange preparation activities in addition to the continuation of the previous form and content,also must pay attention to the core torso activation,to join the core torso of practice,so that we better prepared,better for athletes to play the best level;2?Athletes in the schedule to prepare at the time of the event,according to the actual situation,age of athletes and their own ability to determine the influence factors,such as preparation time,the longer preparation needed for the older,but the basic maintain between 60-90 minutes;3?When making preparation activities,from starting the heart rate,gradually increase the intensity,make the body to overcome physical inertia,gradually adapt to the competition intensity,enter the work state,until the acceleration in the link of close to or reached the official competition strength,and then slowly down,let the body get some rest and adjustment;4?Rest for a short time before the games for athletes to create a better performance,preparation activity and time interval of the official matches 13 minutes are more likely to play the best athletes,get better grades.5?In order to better achieve the desired movement effect,make the athlete can create better results.When preparations for organize and arrange activities,shall be in accordance with the principle of comprehensive,scientific,pertinence,and innovative.
