Research On The Tactics Of Higher Vocational Colleges Serving Regional Economic And Social Development

Higher vocational colleges not only cultivate high-quality personnel for the regional economy,but also provide a favorable protection to enhance the competitiveness of the regional economy.China's higher vocational education is gradually showing the characteristics of regional development.Regional higher vocational education promote the role of increasingly obvious to the regional economic and social development.However,higher vocational education must take the initiative to adapt to the characteristics of regional economic development and development needs,in order to play the better service function,and promote sustainable economic development.The success of higher vocational education is reflected in the extent of docking with the regional economy,but also reflected in the ability to adapt to the regional economic development needs.This paper summarizes the current domestic and international practice in promoting regional economic and social development of vocational education,through searching for a large amount of literature.It also expounds the mutual promotion and interaction between higher vocational colleges and regional economic development.In addition,it clarifies the main reasons why current higher vocational colleges are not suited to regional economic development.First,the improper orientation of vocational education and personnel training is not well adapted to the requirements of regional economic and social development.Second,the versatile talents cultivated cannot meet the actual needs of regional economic development.Third,the core function of talent cultivation should be strengthened in vocational education.Fourth,the system of college-enterprise joint education needs to be further reformed.Fifth,the quality of the education is not perfect,which does not meet the requirements of enterprises.Finally,the level of running schools is not high and cannot adapt to the sustainable development of regional economy.After analyzing synthetically the current situation of the economic structure and the adjustment of the industrial structure in Heilongjiang Province,this paper takesHeilongjiang Agriculture and Economics Vocational College as a typical example and studies its specific practices and effective measures in serving Heilongjiang regional economic development,and analyzes the feasible direction and development strategy of higher vocational colleges for this situation of not suited to the regional economic development.Such as vocational education for students in the school to achieve the "five docking points" to adjust to adapt to regional economic characteristics;Higher vocational colleges should accelerate the transformation of scientific research achievements and accelerate the rapid development of the regional economic social.
