Teachers' subjectivity, which is the consciousness, autonomy, initiative and creativity of teachers in education and teaching, is of great significance to promote the development of students and teachers, and to improve the quality of education and teaching. In this paper, literature research and investigation method are used to study the teachers' subjectivity of primary and secondary school.The full text is divided into four parts besides the introduction:The first part is an overview of teachers' subjectivity. On the basis of the elaboration of the concept of ”subjectivity" and "teachers' subjectivity", this text analyzes the performance of teachers' subjectivity, including the aspects of consciousness, autonomy,initiative, creativity, enthusiasm. Teachers' subjectivity has great significance, it is not only conducive to the pursuit of individual value of teachers,but also the improvement of the education and teaching's quality, which can promote students' development and social progress.The second part is the investigation of the current situation of teachers' subjectivity.Firstly, the design and implementation of the survey are introduced. Then it analyzes the specific findings, mainly from three aspects: the basic characteristics of the sample, the general situation of the teachers' subjectivity and the relevant differences of the teachers'subjectivity.The third part analyzes the problems and reasons of teachers' subjectivity. Firstly,the existing problems of teachers' subjectivity are discussed by combining the questionnaire and individual interview materials, the main manifestations are the teachers' work is more passive, less creativity, lower enthusiasm of self-development.And then this paper mainly deduces the problem from three aspects: teachers,schools and systems.The fourth part is the suggestions to improve the teachers' subjectivity. Teachers should take the suitable way to alleviate the pressure of the individual work, with a positive attitude in the face of education work; schools should take the combination of humanistic and strict coexistence of management,try to create a concordant and equal campus culture environment, organize quality and effective school-based training,create learning promotion opportunities for every teacher, and pay attention to the comprehensive and scientific of teachers' assessment; besides,the improvement of teachers' title promotion system and the implementation of performance wage policy.
