Research On The Establishment Of Sports Club Based On The View Of Entrepreneurial Competence

With the employment situation in current society being increasingly severe, the national economic reform of China has already entered its critical period. The pains caused by adjustment of industrial structures and transformation of economic development modes give rise to the tendency that the national economy grows less rapidly. The number of university graduates is to approximate 8 million in the year 2017,which can be the most difficult year of employment ever in history. As one of the most prominently concerned issues in China, the current employment situation of Chinese graduates has gained great concern from both the state and the whole society in recent years. It is in the very era of difficult employment situation and slow growth of economy that Premier Li Keqiang first proposed the idea of "popular entrepreneurship and innovation" at the summer Davos Forum in 2014. Upon being proposed, such idea immediately aroused wide social concern and a tide of entrepreneurship. The research on the entrepreneurial competence of university graduates, to a certain extent, serves as a kind of reference for these graduates.This study are carried out through the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, and the on-the-spot investigation method, as the Yichang Daxing taekwondo of the club the whole team to be respondents, to evaluate the entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial team analysis, finally, making the following conclusions:1?The Daxing taekwondo club after two years of development,has formed a certain scale.Moreover,the competitions in the province have their own advantages. It shows that the Taekwondo club entrepreneurial teams of entrepreneurial abilities play a positive role on building of entrepreneurship2?The Yichang Daxing taekwondo club of entrepreneurial team, it' s innovation ability is insufficient. Besides the club's future should make appropriate adjustments according to their own reality.3?On the operation and management ability, Yichang Daxing taekwondo club entrepreneurial teams ignore the market rule in the development stage, it cause the Daxing taekwondo club branch opened early losses, making the big reason is that the market analysis is not enough,and the professional knowledge of theory support lacks.4?In social intercourse ability,the club can't consciously maintain good relationship with mastering the important resources of the organization.Through the analysis of Daxing taekwondo club entrepreneurial team entrepreneurship ability, making the following enlightenment:1?In the process of entrepreneurship, sports clubs should pay more attention to in the new area to develop new customers, to develop new services, and new marketing techniques,etc.It are not content with the now condition, moreover,constantly forge ahead to ensure that the club has grown in the fierce social competition.2?Because entrepreneurship is a long process,entrepreneurial team to keep good and master the important resources of institutions to maintain good relations, good interpersonal skills can make entrepreneurial process more smoothly.3?Entrepreneurship need to multidisciplinary expertise to be theoretical support, so it demand entrepreneurial team should strengthen the management ability of the professional knowledge of reserves, to reserve enough soft power for the club of the follow-up development.4?The development of the sports club market have more and more high to the requirement of professional and technical, so the entrepreneurial team should strengthen the professional skills of practice.5?The entrepreneurial teams should deal with the relationship of among the team members,especially their economic problems should be handled properly.
